a classic place, we thoroughly enjoyed its nice location. countryside position of the venue. we booked classic family room, it had everything you could ask for: central heating, an ironing set and tv. furthermore, the parking was onsite and convenient.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel: views and rooms. The family suite we were given had a TV, a lounge area and a study table. Give kudos to chef. Useful base for exploring Cockermouth.
